Let’s learn, share sacred space, and have fun together.
We update this page frequently with unique opportunities to learn, and commune. If you would like to book Siva to speak, email us!
Catch Siva before the festival for an Intensive on Revolutionary Ayurveda. Siva will debunk the whole mainstream approach of “type-yourself-live-by-these-rules” to ayurveda. Learn how it can be an approach to building awareness of energetics, and most importantly, a way to decide on what is best for YOU at any given moment in ANY situation (from what you eat, to which asana & pranayam, to who you date). Siva will emphasize how ayurveda can be a system of personal empowerment in both physical and emotional wellbeing AND spiritual growth.
Siva and Felicia Tomasko offer this deeper journey into ayurveda and practical applications for self-care. We’ll focus on the continual case study of you, along with an all star guest teacher line up. This course is approved for hours and credit towards IAYT, Yoga Therapy RX, and the Yoga Studies program at LMU. More info and registration coming soon.
Join Siva for her 6th Bhaktifest! Because it was such a hit last year, and because it’s needed for every one of us, the pre-festival Intensive will be Resolving Internal Conflict. Understand emotional wellness from an ayurvedic perspective. As ayurveda examines the effects of various energetic patterns, we can map the effects of internal conflict on the emotional and physical bodies. Dr. Mohan will present emotions as a guidance system, and offer practical approaches to resolving internal conflict.
Ayurveda & Psychological Wellness will be the focus of Dr. Mohan’s workshop during the festival. In this workshop, Siva will explore the core facets of feeling good, AKA psychospiritual health. After lectures, Siva offers the opportunity for a complimentary mini-consult at the festival. So hang out afterwards, and let her assistant know you’re interested in having her point you in the right direction towards your healing goals. Her lectures are usually sponsored, so you may also come away with some lovely ayurvedic product giveaways.
As an Ambassador of Yoga Gives Back, this is a campaign very dear to Siva’s heart. Yoga Gives Back is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness and funds in order to alleviate poverty in India. We started in Los Angeles in 2007, determined to find a way for the global yoga community to help the poorest people in the country that gave birth to YOGA. Many charitable organizations have emerged from within the yoga community, but Yoga Gives Back is a very unique campaign which shows our gratitude by supporting impoverished mothers and children in India. For the cost of a latte a month, you can empower a young girl and give her the chance to become a beautiful, amazing, feminine strength in this world. After all, it takes a village to raise a child.
Siva shares an overview of psychospiritual wellness at the world famous AGAPE Center in LA. This is a free workshop that is a part of AGAPE’s wellness lecture series, and no registration is required.

To renew, reflect and redirect one’s longer-living life. To explore the possibilities of changing course in one’s life. To that end we often refer to our program as “The Door to the Future…Glorious Wellness” which refers to your future, one strengthened and emboldened by good health and fearless life-long learning, which unleashes the willingness to change…for the better.” Complimentary roundtrip transport from San Diego provided.
